Shift
Details - Nights (12 hour shift) Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities - Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications - Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a RN - Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (Healthcare Provider BLS certification; TB screening with negative PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or T-SPOT results; Hepatitis B Consent/Declination Form; and proof of Rubella, Rubeola, and Varicella vaccination or titers ).
