- Skilled in Agile testing, SDLC, and QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficient in creating and executing Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Cases.
- Experienced in workflow-based application testing (IBM BAW) and migration projects.
- Strong background in Security, Access Control, and backend database testing.
- Skilled in Test Case Execution, Defect Triaging, and Defect Logging.
- Well-versed in documenting UAT artifacts including test cases, execution results, and findings.
- Experienced in AODA and WCAG compliance testing for web applications and documents.
- Experience testing content management system such as opentext.

Technical Skills –

- Solid understanding of object-oriented testing and reusable test case design.
- Experience testing workflow based applications, including IBM BAW and/or BPM 8.6.
- Skilled in API testing using REST and SOAP.
- Skilled in writing SQL queries
- Proficient in Azure DevOps for test management and reporting.
