Title: SailPoint Developer

Duration - 1 Year

Location - Hybrid - 3 days onsite at Brampton ON L6T 4A1,

Pay Rate - $60 INC

Position Overview

Rogers is seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). The ideal candidate has strong hands‐on development experience, deep understanding of IAM concepts, and the ability to collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- SailPoint Development — Design and develop SailPoint IdentityIQ components including workflows, rules, connectors, forms, and lifecycle events.

- Integration & Configuration — Build and configure integrations between SailPoint and enterprise applications (HR systems, AD, cloud apps, etc.).

- IAM Implementation — Support role‐based access control (RBAC), provisioning, de‐provisioning, certification campaigns, and access governance.

- Troubleshooting & Support — Diagnose and resolve issues related to identity workflows, connectors, and provisioning processes.

- Code Development — Develop customizations using Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.

- Testing & Validation — Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for recent features and enhancements.

- Documentation — Maintain technical documentation, design specs, and operational runbooks.





- Security Collaboration — Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–7 years of hands‐on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development.

- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including provisioning, governance, RBAC, SOD, and identity lifecycle management.

- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting languages.

- Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, and enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of identity workflows, certification campaigns, and access reviews.

- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data mapping.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice‐to‐Have Skills

- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or other IAM platforms (Okta, CyberArk, Ping).

- Knowledge of cloud IAM, Zero Trust, or security frameworks.

- Experience in telecommunications or large enterprise environments.

- Certifications in IAM or SailPoint are an asset.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field preferred.
