As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by guiding clients through the car-buying process. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate deals, and support customers will be essential in achieving sales targets and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Assist customers with test drives and address any questions or concerns.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with potential leads.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and dealership promotions.
- Foster a welcoming workplace for all customers, ensuring a positive dealership experience.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required (automotive or retail environment).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid Driver's License.
- A VSA License is preferred; however, candidates who do not currently hold a VSA License must be willing and able to obtain one upon hire.
- Passion for vehicles and knowledge of automotive products is highly desirable.
