Four Points by Sheraton Moncton is looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in growing our corporate, group, leisure, and local business segments.

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be a key ambassador for the hotel within the Moncton business and tourism community. You’ll develop new accounts, strengthen existing partnerships, identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue, and work closely with our operations team to ensure every group and client receives exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed hotel revenue goals.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate, group, leisure, sports, government, and local markets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients and key community partners.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, presentations, and networking activities.
- Respond to group and corporate business inquiries and manage the sales process from initial contact through contract and turnover.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Work closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership team to identify revenue opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest and group experience.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and community activities.




- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions and provide recommendations to strengthen the hotel's market position.
- Maintain accurate account information, sales activities, forecasts, and reporting within the hotel's sales systems.
- Participate in hotel initiatives and take a hands-on approach to supporting the overall success of the property.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous hotel sales experience, preferably in a Sales Manager or similar role.
- A proven track record of developing business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial approach to sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Moncton and Greater Moncton business community is an asset.
- Experience with corporate and group hotel sales is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a hotel leadership team.
- Professional, positive, and personable attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as local sales calls and community networking will be part of the role.
