Sales Operations
PORT COQUITLAM HEAD OFFICE
Reporting to the VP, Global Markets, our Sales Operations team is the key connection between Sales and other teams at Live to Play.
In this role you will be responsible for helping develop and roll out processes, boost business growth by improving sales efficiency, manage projects, and support strategy. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES STRATEGY
- Execute with sales leadership on strategic and operational initiatives that increase revenue and efficiencies.
- Participate in Sales Management strategic planning process in support of sales objectives.
- Support Sales Management in crafting sales programs and metrics that assess sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL COLLABORATION
- Liaise across departments to ensure successful deployment and end-to-end execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in a diverse range of projects by working with stakeholders across the company to collaborate on recommendations, solutions, and driving implementation.
- Collaborate with department leads on initiatives and in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION
- Deliver improvements through reporting, analysis, and workflow enhancements.
- Execute through project management and coordination, driving process improvement, performing detailed analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure smooth operation and continued optimization of our order processing systems and software utilized by Sales staff, dealers, and end consumers.
- Validate new policies and procedures related to operational capabilities.
- Document processes into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Execute through project management and coordination, driving process improvement, performing detailed analysis, and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, or management
- Experience with sales management, sales teams and customer service
- Project management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- High level of familiarity with MS Power BI (Desktop & Web), knowledge of data modelling and data visualizations is an asset.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana) are an asset.
- Highly motivated when problem solving, creative thinker and strong attention to detail
- Proven track record in completing projects and producing high quality results
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Strong familiarity with cycling products and terminologies therein
The Salary range for this position is $61,600 - $84,700 CAD The successful candidate will be offered a salary that aligns with their level of experience and the position’s requirements.
