Job Summary

We are a renovations company that has been serving the London area for over 10 years.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, engaging with customers, and driving sales growth. This role will utilize your communication talents and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Upsell additional services to maximize sales opportunities
- Building quotes for customers based on scope of project, training will be provided
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and complete daily tasks
- Demonstrate proficiency in phone etiquette when engaging with customers over the phone or via digital channels
- Keep organized records of sales activities and customer interactions for follow-up

Skills

- Experience in sales, construction sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of our services
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple customer interactions and sales processes




- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and building quotes
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, qualified demeanor
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Ability to perform upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
- Adaptability in a fast-paced setting with the ability to learn new products and services quickly, as each job is unique
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities (English required) to serve diverse customer bases effectively is considered an asset

Our Offer

- We are offering a 5%, uncapped commission on all sales
- Bonuses are available at sales milestones
- Jobs typically range from $30,000-50,000 but can easily exceed $100,000 for larger projects
- Expected annual compensation for the position is between $75,000-$125,000, based on performance
- This position is a 1 year contract. After 1 year, a new pay structure can be negotiated, with a tiered commission system, base salary or bonus structure available based on preference and performance.
- This job is fully remote, with office space available if preferred. Door to door/B2B sales is expected, so travel to the London area will be required.
- 25% of leads will be provided, 75% of leads expected to be generated (actual breakdown may vary)
