You will lead QA strategy, design test plans, and validate features across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, collaborating with analysts, developers, and product owners to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include crafting test scripts, executing tests, managing defects, guiding UAT, and advancing test automation while improving QA processes and governance within a multi-project
