- 10+ years of SAP configuration and systems analysis experience .
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 .
- Expertise in SAP FI/CO, AP, AR, and MM .
- Hands-on experience supporting or delivering SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance transformation, including Universal Journal, finance master/transactional data readiness, interfaces, and downstream dependencies .
- Robust business analysis, solution design, troubleshooting, and integration skills.
- Experience working with functional, technical, development, architecture, and vendor teams.
- Experience with testing, defect management, release management, and cutover coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Experience with AI, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, financial close optimization, reconciliation, forecasting, or anomaly detection.

Canadian accounting knowledge or professional accounting designation.
