Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant with Cash Management Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in cash management, preferably with experience in Inoue's methodologies or a similar framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FICO modules with a focus on financial accounting, controlling, and cash flow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP FICO Implementation & Configuration:

- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.

- Configure FI modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders).

- Cash Management & Treasury Expertise:

- Design and implement solutions for cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning.

- Integrate and optimize cash management systems, leveraging tools and methodologies inspired by Inoue's cash flow frameworks.

- Ensure accurate real-time cash position reporting and reconciliation.

- Business Process Optimization:

- Analyze existing financial processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient workflows aligned with business goals.

- Provide insights on cash handling,



payment processing, and cash forecasting.

- Stakeholder Engagement & Training:

- Work closely with finance, treasury, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.

- Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure all financial processes adhere to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and workflows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

- Proven experience with cash management and treasury processes.

- Familiarity with Inoue's cash flow methodologies or similar frameworks is a robust advantage.

- Strong knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, TRM).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP certification in FICO module.

- Experience in S/4HANA Finance.

- Knowledge of global financial regulations and compliance standards.
