Our Calgary based O&G; client required a SAP HR Payroll Consultant to join their AMS team.
Role: SAP HR Payroll Consultant
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial 1 year contract
Location: Calgary… Hybrid/ 3 days on site
Level: Intermediate/Senior
- Min 7 years SAP HR Payroll/Time experience
- Act as the onsite functional lead, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore AMS resources to ensure effective production support and delivery of enhancements
- Strong experience in SAP Canada Payroll configuration, including payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and other payroll-related configuration
- Experience supporting year-end payroll activities, legislative changes, and HR Support Pack (HRSP) implementations
- Provide hands-on support for Canadian SAP Payroll for both Union and Non-Union employees
- Strong hands-on experience with Positive and Negative Time Management,
including Time Evaluation, schemas, PCRs, attendance and absence configuration, quotas, Work Schedule Rules (WSRs), CATS, and ESS/MSS
- Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex Payroll and Time Management issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate configuration changes
- Payroll and Time Management integrations and ensure accurate downstream payroll processing
- Should be able to troubleshoot time related issues
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
