Introduction We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM/FI Integration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP HCM and FI integration, with a solid focus on Business Partner replication and financial reconciliation. This role requires occasional travel to Ottawa, ON, and candidates must hold a Reliability Clearance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- SAP HCM and SAP FI Integration
- Business Partner (BP) Replication Configuration
- SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
- General Ledger (GL) Support and Financial Reconciliation
- Cutover Planning and Execution
- Profit Centre and Segment Configuration
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- SAP HCM Payroll and Organizational Management integration knowledge
- Public Sector/Government project experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Business Partner (BP) replication processes.
- Test and validate all HCM/FI integration touchpoints.
- Support migration activities from Business Areas to Profit Centres and Segments.
- Provide SAP FI and General Ledger support for financial reconciliation activities.
- Assist with cutover planning, execution, and post-cutover stabilization.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure successful integration and data consistency.
- Support issue resolution, testing, and reconciliation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
