The SAP Project Systems Business Consultant will be responsible for S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) Rollout activities, including requirement gathering, Business Requirement Document (BRD) creation, testing, data migration coordination, and post-go-live support. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Project Systems implementations and rollouts. This role requires a deep understanding of the SAP Project System (PS) module and its integration with other business processes.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.

Relevant Experience* 15+

Mandatory skills*

- SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) implementation and rollout expertise
- End-to-end SAP PS deployment and localization experience
- Business requirement gathering, analysis, and BRD preparation
- SAP PS configuration and functional customization
- Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Settlement
- Experience in Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- SAP PS integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, and other SAP modules
- Data migration planning, validation, and execution support
- Stakeholder management and business process consulting
- Post-Go-Live Hypercare and production support experience
- S/4HANA transformation and rollout project delivery experience
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

The SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to design, build, and deploy SAP solutions for global and local rollouts. The consultant will bring deep functional expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) to ensure successful end‑to‑end implementations, from blueprinting through go‑live and post‑deployment stabilization. The role requires strong business process knowledge, configuration expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Mandatory skills*

- Lead and support SAP PP/QM rollouts and implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, and go‑live support.
- Conduct fit‑gap analysis against global templates and identify localization requirements.
- Design and document to‑be business processes aligned with SAP best practices for manufacturing and quality management. Configure SAP PP and QM modules, including integration with MM, WM/EWM, SD, and FI/CO.
- Prepare and review functional specifications for developments, enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and smooth integration across modules and external systems.
- Support data migration activities, including material master, BOMs, routings, work centers, inspection plans, and master data validation.
- Define and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support, including defect resolution.
- Lead or support cutover planning, mock runs, and go‑live execution. Work closely with business users to conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer.
- Identify opportunities for business process optimization and system standardization during rollout. provide hypercare and transition support post go‑live to ensure system stabilization.
