Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

- SAP (E35 platform) experience, especially in procurement and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and adaptability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Support a multi-year process modernization initiative focused on improving and modernizing sales and order management tools and workflows.

Responsibilities:

- Research and document current processes and gaps.
- Design improved workflows aligned with business needs.
- Develop and configure Microsoft-based tools.
- Test solutions with users and incorporate feedback.
- Collaborate across teams to support rollout and adoption.
- Support phased implementation through stabilization.
- Assist account managers with proposals and customer support.
- Generate customer-facing quotes using affiliate data.
- Manage parts order processing, purchasing, and importation.




- Coordinate with global affiliates and comply with import regulations.
- Maintain and report data using SAP and Salesforce.
- Help modernize tools and templates.
- Drive efficiency and reliability in workflows.

Nice to Have:

- Microsoft CoPilot Studio Experience (Agent Development, Automation Opportunities).
- Commercial or finance background.
- Experience with large datasets or sales operations.
