Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12-14 years of experience in each skill
- Graduation in a relevant field
- Prior work experience in the airline industry or with similar clients
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Landscape/Release Lead roles
- Experience as SAP Environment Manager or Release Coordinator
- Experience in proactive system performance management
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own the overall SAP environment strategy and governance across all landscapes.
- Define and enforce environment usage rules, refresh policies, and access standards.
- Plan, schedule, and control the build, test, and deployment of releases.
- Manage environment usage across projects, AMS enhancements, regression testing, and maintenance.
- Maintain an integrated environment calendar covering releases and maintenance periods.
- Ensure smooth transition from BUILD phases to RUN phase.
- Proactively manage S/4HANA system performance and implement SAP BASIS best practices.
- Conduct regular environment health checks and drive enhancement initiatives.
