The position involves translating mission-level requirements into specific engineering designs, managing trades, and conducting failure modes and effect analysis. You'll also interact with cross-functional teams for successful project progression. Key Responsibilities:

- Translate mission requirements into system specifications
- Develop Platform Architecture Description Documents
- Oversee detailed design of satellite subsystems
- Conduct failure-mode-effects-analysis (FMEA)
- Present technical status and risk analyses to management Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or Physics
- 5-10 years of design experience on satellite platforms
- Deep knowledge of spacecraft subsystems
- Strong aerospace engineering fundamentals
