We are looking for a full-time concierge working Thursday 2 pm to 8 pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm. The Concierge/Security Guard will act as the main liaison between property owners, residents, management, and tradespeople. The position includes a mix of administrative tasks, customer service, security measures, and emergency response coordination.

Full-time Shifts: 42 hours per week on averaging agreement, 40 regular hours and 2 overtime hours.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour Administrative & Customer Service Greet residents and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing assistance. Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining records and managing communication. Serve as a point of contact for residents and manage requests in a professional and friendly manner.

Handle access control and provide security escorts when necessary.



Assist in the implementation of emergency plans and procedures, ensuring residents' safety. Capable of climbing a ladder (up to 8 feet) and navigating building stairs.

Ability to complete 8-hour shifts with regular statutory breaks. Proficient in using mobile phones, mobile applications, email, and Microsoft Word. Excellent customer-first attitude with the ability to handle difficult situations.
