We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard / Patrol Guard to uphold safety and security across our premises. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for monitoring the property, preventing loss, and ensuring a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to safety will help maintain a secure atmosphere while providing excellent service to all who enter our facility.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Utilize CCTV surveillance systems to monitor activity across key areas and detect potential security breaches
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and reporting theft or vandalism attempts
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents with appropriate action and communication
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed
- Conduct patrols in the residential properties assigned to the guard.
Skills
- Strong understanding of law enforcement principles and procedures
- Experience with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and monitoring techniques
- Knowledge of loss prevention methods to deter theft and vandalism effectively
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious behavior quickly
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding to emergencies or incidents
- Positive communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required
