At our Burnaby Office, we are hiring for a Security Operations Center Operator. This is a key customer service position in the company, responsible for making internal calls to our employees and ensuring their safety and well-being on the field. The Dispatch team is also the first point of contact for all inbound employee calls to the Head Office.

You will be ensuring our Security Officers receive quick and efficient support. Act as the main point of contact for all security guards and customer contact after hours Dispatch appropriate mobile resources to various sites Maintain database records of all Securiguard policies and procedures Manage break relief for Securiguard sites Work effectively with other team members to ensure that departmental goals and key performance indicators are achieved or exceeded Keep track of ongoing issues, resolving problems with the team and keeping client and personal up to date on progress. Minimum 2 year of security operations experience, with a basic understanding of security protocols, incident response, or frontline operations.





Experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC), dispatch, control centre, or monitoring environment is required. Valid BC Security Worker Licence. Robust written and verbal English communication skills. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially during urgent or time-sensitive situations. Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry tools.
