The Senior

Analyst in Asset Management will ensure CMHC’s digital and physical assets operate efficiently and comply with all regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for procurement, operational delivery, and adherence to asset governance as part of the Information Technology team.

Your role is pivotal in driving improvements and supporting business lines to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end asset lifecycle management processes
- Enhance operational administration and service delivery
- Assess asset needs and facilitate procurement activities




- Monitor compliance of vendor contracts and assess risks
- Support investigation of contract compliance deviations Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years relevant IT asset management experience
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
