Senior Automotive Detailer
Are you an experienced automotive detailer who takes pride in delivering exceptional results? Do you have a passion for vehicles, an eye for detail, and a minimum of 3 years of automotive detailing experience?

Truck Town Auto Spa is looking for a Senior Automotive Detailer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced detailer who is looking to take their skills to the next level and play an important role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our Auto Spa.
Lethbridge Truck Town is part of the Murray Automotive Group Lethbridge, which owns over 30 dealerships from Abbotsford, BC to Winnipeg, MB. What You’ll Do:
Perform high-quality automotive detailing on new and used vehicles.
Wash, wax, shampoo, vacuum, and polish vehicles as required.
Perform paint correction, power polishing, and vehicle restoration services.
Apply automotive protection products as required.
Apply and remove decals as required
Photograph vehicles within our automated photo booth, edit website inventory, upload vehicle descriptions as required
Safely operate and maintain detailing equipment, including pressure washers, vacuums, steam cleaners, power polishers, and other related equipment.
Inspect completed work to ensure vehicles meet our quality standards.
Assist with training and mentoring junior detailing staff.
Help maintain an organized, clean, and skilled Auto Spa environment.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Perform other detailing-related duties as required.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Have a minimum of 3 years of automotive detailing experience.
Have robust knowledge of automotive detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
Have experience with polishing, paint correction, and vehicle protection products.
Have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
Have a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Have a valid driver's license.
Be comfortable performing occasional heavy lifting of 50+ lbs. (Moderate Physical Demands).
Prior experience training or mentoring other detailers would be considered an asset.
Current Emergency First Aid certification would be considered an asset.
