Work arrangement: Hybrid ( 3 days in office, maybe 4 days and 1 day remote) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for office days but might change.

Contract Duration: 12 months; start date - ASAP

Possibility of extension beyond & possibility of conversion to FTE: Depending on project demand and budget.

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week.

Overtime: No overtime as of right now, unless project demand.

Reason: Resource will support Fractional Shares working group sessions, including requirements walkthroughs, solution design discussions, and issue resolution.

Typical Day in Role:

- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate requirements walkthrough sessions with business and technology stakeholders. Collaborate with technology teams on solution design and API integration requirements.
- Demonstrates an informed knowledge of equities and bonds business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
- Support development of delivery roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.
- Identify, track, and help resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Produce and maintain key documentation (user stories, process flows, requirement documents).
- Act as liaison between business, technology, and delivery teams.
- Support and coordinate testing activities.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:





- The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Business Analysis experience within financial services, with exposure to equities and bonds trading, brokerage, or digital platforms preferred.
- Experience working with system integrations and APIs, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is essential, along with robust communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Worked on any complex projects they have done (preferably capital markets, bonds, equity and trading)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

- Exposure to fractional share initiative
- Hands on experience with supporting and coordinating with testing activities like UAT and QA.
