Title: Senior Cisco Secure Access / Secure DNS Consultant

Location: Brampton, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)

Duration: 6-12 months

Pay Range: C$53 INC

Cisco Secure Access / Cisco Umbrella, Secure DNS and DNS Security, Secure Service Edge (SSE), Zero Trust Security.

Role Descriptions: Key Responsibilities

Review customer-provided architecture| security| and operational requirements.

Validate solution design and deployment approach.

Configure Cisco Secure Access Secure DNS policies and security profiles.

Implement and manage DNS security configurations and policy enforcement rules.

Lead deployment activities for endpoint onboarding and policy rollout.

Troubleshoot security| policy| connectivity| and DNS-related issues during implementation and testing. Support functional validation and user acceptance testing activities. Provide operational readiness guidance and knowledge transfer sessions.

Support post-deployment stabilization and hypercare activities.

Develop and maintain implementation| configuration| and operational documentation.

Essential Skills:



Required Skills & Experience5+ years of network security implementation experience.

Hands-on experience with:

Cisco Secure Access / Cisco Umbrella

Secure DNS and DNS Security

Secure Service Edge (SSE)

Zero Trust Security

Robust understanding of: DNS protocols and architecture

Enterprise networking: TCP/IP| DHCP| VPNs| Proxieso

Security policy design and enforcement

Experience supporting enterprise deployments and production rollouts.

Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
