Senior CRM Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Oshawa (preferred) or Toronto

Work Model: 5 days onsite

Contract Duration: 12 months (12M ext possible)

Start Date: Early April (ASAP after interview)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior CRM Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience to support and enhance an existing CRM environment.

This role will involve working within a Dynamics 365 backend with custom front-end portals hosted in Azure (Go Cloud).

The successful candidate must be comfortable stepping into an existing workplace with minimal onboarding, reviewing available documentation, and quickly contributing to ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements.

There will be no direct knowledge transfer from the previous contractor, so the ideal candidate must be confident working independently and ramping up quickly within an established system.

Key Experience





- Senior-level experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

- Experience supporting existing CRM environments, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements

- Experience working with custom portals integrated with Dynamics 365

- Experience working in Azure cloud environments

- Ability to review documentation and quickly understand system architecture

- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working independently

Must Haves

- Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge

- MS WebServices

- MS SQL Server – all supported versions

- Windows environments

- Batch file processing

- API creation and configuration

Plusses

- Okta experience – IAM layer used within the platform
