Moneris is seeking a Senior DEI Consultant to advance the company’s DEI strategy and drive initiatives across the DEI roadmap. You’ll partner with the Director of Talent, OD and DEI to develop inclusive programs, communities, and learning experiences that strengthen equity across the organization. You'll lead ERG support, coordinate with IWC and HR partners, and shape communications and engagement activities to raise awareness and impact of DEI across the business.
