Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We’re looking for a pragmatic and thoughtful engineering leader to help scale our platform, development practices, and team. You’re a person with a knack for solving some of the most pressing technology challenges in SaaS application development while leveling up the team of engineers around you, and you’re eager to help our customers achieve the best version of themselves. A big part of this role involves a desire for personal growth, and a customer‑centric mindset.

Build & Ship End-to-End Features: Design, develop, and maintain full stack features—from RESTful APIs and backend services to responsive, user‑friendly frontend components—using Python/Django TypeScript/React . Build and evolve backend systems that handle business logic, data storage, and integrations, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

Create

High-Quality Frontend Experiences: Implement reusable, accessible, and performant UI components in React. Collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive user experiences.

Design & Optimize Database Schemas: Contribute to the design of our database models and write effective, secure queries. You will work to ensure the performance and integrity of our data layer.

Champion Code Quality: Ensure you and other team members are contributing clean, efficient, testable, and reusable code that is easy to maintain and extend and aligns with our technical strategy and coding standards. Provide leadership in the technical output of your team and ensure technical designs follow appropriate design patterns, are architecturally sound, and adhere to secure coding practices.



Enable the observability and monitoring of relevant system behavior in the areas of the application owned by your team and use the data collected to propose improvements to application performance and stability.

Python/Django, Typescript/React AWS AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform Databases: MySQL Takes initiative with curiosity and a growth mindset, pursuing bold ideas that elevate impact and performance.

Excellence : Brings rigor, collaboration, and a strong quality focus to deliver high‑performing solutions and raise the bar for outcomes. 5+ years of professional experience in hands‑on work across both frontend and backend systems, preferably in a SaaS environment.

AI & ML : Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases (Databricks/pgVector), and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Google ADK, or similar) Python Proficiency: Strong experience building and maintaining applications using Python and a major web framework (we use Django).

React: Experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript, including component‑based architecture and state management.

Agile & Collaborative: Experience working with agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD principles. You act with compassion, believe that your team’s success is your success, and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
