Job Title: Senior Implementation Engineer – Tulip MES

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer – Tulip MES to design, configure, and deploy digital manufacturing solutions across pharmaceutical production facilities. The role focuses on implementing Tulip-based MES applications supporting Electronic Batch Records (eBR), real-time production monitoring, digital work instructions, and quality workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure Tulip MES applications for:
- Electronic Batch Records (eBR)
- Weigh & Dispense processes
- Equipment setup, cleaning, and line clearance
- In-process quality checks and sampling workflows

- Integrate Tulip with:

- SAP ERP
- LIMS
- SCADA/PLC systems
- IoT and shop-floor devices

- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SQL, and Python
- Support validation activities including URS, FRS, IQ, OQ, and PQ
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV, and GAMP 5
- Deploy solutions across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
- Provide UAT, go-live, troubleshooting, and production support
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT teams





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–10 years of experience in MES, Manufacturing IT, or Digital Manufacturing
- 3+ years of hands-on Tulip MES implementation experience
- Solid experience with:
- Tulip Platform
- REST APIs
- SQL
- Python
- SAP Integration
- LIMS Integration
- PLC/SCADA Connectivity

- Experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Animal Health manufacturing
- Strong understanding of:

- Batch manufacturing processes
- GMP/GxP
- 21 CFR Part 11
- CSV/GAMP 5 validation

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with multi-site MES deployments
- Exposure to Industry 4.0 and IoT-enabled manufacturing
- LabVantage integration experience
- AWS or Azure exposure
