Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java/J2EE Full Stack Developer with a strong background in the Financial or Banking domain. The ideal candidate must be completely hands-on, capable of working independently, and able to communicate fluently with technical and business stakeholders.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of tasks, work with minimal guidance, and contribute effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Java/J2EE-based applications in a full-stack capacity.
- Work independently on assigned modules, ensuring high-quality deliverables without the need for close supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
- Apply solid understanding of financial/banking domain processes within application development.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with onsite/offshore teams, business partners, and stakeholders.





Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE full stack development.
- Proven experience working in Banking or Financial Services projects.
- Expertise in core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, and related frameworks.
- Strong experience with UI technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular/React (any).
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills — must be fluent, clear, and confident.
- Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding.

Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
