Job Title: Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with solid hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and working knowledge of Python. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor capable of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, distributed systems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java (Java 8/11/17+)
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
- Build, deploy, and maintain scalable Microservices-based architectures
- Develop supporting scripts, automation, or services using Python
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs across distributed services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application and system performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
- Ensure application security, scalability,



and reliability

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework
- Hands-on experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring Cloud)
- Solid hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and design patterns
- Working proficiency in Python for scripting, tooling, or service development
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Strong understanding of software design principles and design patterns
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Relevant years of hands-on development experience in the above
