Data & Analytics Team is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager, Product Analytics to join our team. We are looking for a proven analytics leader with sound leadership principles, polished business acumen, expert product analytics skills, an understanding of customer behaviour, product lifecycle knowledge, as well as change management skills.
The Senior
Manager plays a critical stakeholder-facing role in translating business objectives into analytics agenda for the team to execute, as well as consulting with key leaders in the business to aid in strategic planning, product and operational strategy development, in addition to day-to-day delivery for stakeholders in their assigned portfolio. Lead the talented Product Analytics Team to design and deliver customer-focused analytical and reporting solutions to key stakeholders. Establish a strategic product analytics roadmap that supports loyalty program growth, member engagement, and customer value objectives.
Lead measurement strategies for product enhancements, digital experiences, and customer engagement initiatives. Design and evaluate experiments, A/B tests, and product testing strategies. Establish robust tracking and instrumentation frameworks across digital touchpoints.
Interact with senior level management on business side within Blue Rewards and BMO to influence on direction and strategy and to negotiate day-to-day work priorities. Promote a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the product organization. Coach the team to integrate customer/product insights to business decision via living out the "What, So-What, Now-What" framework.
Provide concise, executive-ready reporting on product health, customer engagement, and business outcomes, translating complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Influence product roadmap and investment decisions through insights and business case development Act as a trusted advisor to Product, Marketing, Finance, and Executive teams. Undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics is preferred. ~ 5+ years' experience in customer analysis / insight delivery. ~3+ years of proven leadership experience in a data & analytics organization. ~ Superior knowledge of retail, financial and customer loyalty industries. ~ Expert demonstrated usage with product/digital tracking and customer experience software such as Adobe and Full Story. ~ Hands-on experience with industry leading business intelligence (BI) software, including Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc. ~ Proficiency with Python, SQL, Databricks.
~ Experience operating within a cloud-based data organization (AWS, Azure, etc.). ~ Experience developing and ensuring effective delivery of strategic project / product roadmaps.
Salaries for part time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. AIR MILES' total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
