Type of Contract: Permanent A career as a Senior Manager – Reconciliation Operations in the Operations – investments team at National Bank means acting as a strategic leader responsible for financial integrity, operational controls and reconciliation activities related to investment operations. Your job
- Oversee reconciliation and control activities related to collections, positions, investment transactions, accounts receivable and control accounts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Oversee the identification, analysis and resolution of operational gaps, while ensuring the effective management of risks, controls and exceptions
- Mobilize and develop a team of specialists by promoting accountability, engagement, talent development and continuous improvement
- Strengthen the governance, control and risk management framework to support regulatory requirements, audits and operational resilience
- Lead transformation, automation and artificial intelligence initiatives to optimise processes, improve data quality and increase operational efficiency
- Work with multiple internal and external partners to ensure operational excellence and support the organisation's strategic objectives
Your team The Vice-President – Operations investments is a team of specialists who work agile, proactively and collaboratively to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes. Within Operations investments, you lead a team responsible for reconciliation activities, operational controls, financial integrity and risk mitigation on several investment operations platforms.
You will report to the Assistant Vice-President – Operations investments. Our team stands out for its expertise, operational rigour, innovation capacity and direct contribution to the resilience of our operations.

Prerequisites
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- At least five years of experience in investment operations, reconciliation, financial controls or a related field related to financial services/wealth management
- Significant experience in management, engagement and team development
- Solid knowledge of reconciliation processes, financial integrity, operational controls and regulated environments
- Experience in operational risk management, governance and continuous improvement
- Experience in operational transformation, change management, automation, data analytics or artificial intelligence applied to Operations
