Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in digital integration
- Proficiency in Application Programming Interface (API) and MuleSoft
- Experience in gathering requirements and creating Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Requirements Document (FRD)
- Ability to create technical specifications and facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
- Strong documentation skills and experience in creating system analysis documents
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in creating sequence diagrams or system architecture documentation
- Familiarity with system-to-system integration work documentation
- Experience in conducting release demos and transitioning to maintenance documentation
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Participate in product refinement and technical review processes
- Define application problems by engaging with business, third-party vendors, and support teams
- Provide production support for core business systems
