Certified Group is seeking a PMO Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for nicotine, cannabis, and NHP testing across Kitchener and Edmonton. You will oversee client-facing workflows, protocols, and reports while forecasting toxicology projects and driving PMO processes. You will collaborate with BD, R&D;, Client Services, and Operations to grow regulated testing services, maintain robust client relationships, and ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
