- 10 years of project management experience in IT

- 5 years in the public sector.

- Experience with ServiceNow implementation

- Knowledge of public sector financial systems

- Budgeting

- Reporting processes in Ontario or other Canadian jurisdictions.

- Robust track record of successfully managing offshore development teams.

- Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.

- PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.

- ITIL certification, particularly with focus on ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM).

- Experience working with Ontario government ministries

- Knowledge of public procurement processes and vendor management.
