Your Role as Psychotherapist Dialogue is looking for a Psychotherapist to take part in our mission to help people improve their well-being. Reporting to Etienne Bolze, Manager, Mental Health Therapists and Psychotherapists, your role will be to empower our patients to talk openly about their mental health and create an environment free of judgment. Our Psychotherapists are licensed and trained mental health professionals.

They hold a Master’s degree in a field relating to mental health, and belong to a qualified order and/or college. As a Registered Psychotherapist, you will provide goal-oriented clinical support tailored to achieve measurable outcomes within a short-term framework. Conduct 50-minute virtual sessions for members with mental health symptoms.





Hold a Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline). Demonstrate 3 to 6 years of experience as a registered Psychotherapist. Demonstrate affinity for short-term, goal-oriented therapy with a steadfast commitment to a patient-focused approach.

Previous experience with, or a high degree of comfort in, delivering high-quality care via telemedicine platforms. Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours (up to 32 hours) per week, including a flexible rotation of days, evenings, and weekends. Ease with modern computer tools and a desire to work within an innovative, fast-paced health-tech environment.
