Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow
- Proven expertise in managing ServiceNow SAM Pro modules
- Strong understanding of software asset lifecycle processes
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with IT, procurement, and business units
- Ability to generate reports and dashboards for software compliance and cost analysis
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for software asset management
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow SAM Pro modules and workflows
- Implement and manage software asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, deployment, usage, and retirement
- Monitor license compliance and optimize software usage to reduce costs and risks
