As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a positive guest experience throughout each event. Maintain strong knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to confidently answer questions and make recommendations. Answer guest questions regarding food, beverages, wine, event space services, and other event-related offerings.

Accurately enter guest orders and information into the POS system. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards throughout the event. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, ensuring all service areas, equipment, and materials are clean and free from clutter.





Maintain a strong understanding of food contamination risks and appropriate prevention methods. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and procedures. Support the overall success of events by working collaboratively with the Event Space and service teams.

Minimum of two (2) years of serving experience in a similar hospitality or event environment.

Valid Smart Serve

Certification is required. Ability to remain calm, skilled, and efficient in a quick-paced event environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, with the ability to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations. Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, professionalism, and momentum throughout the duration of a shift. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
