West Side Mitsubishi is looking fo an EXPERIENCED service advisor to join our team.

Applicants WILL NOT be considered if they do not hold previous automotive service experience.

Job Duties

- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Verify customer information & update if necessary
- Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
- Update all customers and notify immediately if additional work is required
- Oversee flow of service drive lane ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Provide support for all inquiries, to assure the customers’ requests are handled properly
- Properly and thoroughly write repair orders
- Provide additional vehicle problem/complaint information to the technicians as requested.
- Maintain communication with technician staff regarding job status changes.
- Maintain and update all open repair orders daily
- Maintain awareness of factory recommended service schedules





Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & a clean drivers abstract
- 1 year previous service experience
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an positive and engaging attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve with high attention to detail.
- Experience with Reynolds is a bonus
- Full-time hours, rotating Saturdays

Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Service advisor: 1 year (required)

Only qualified applicants will be contacted. Salary: $75,000 – 100,000 per year.
