In this role you will oversee/coordinate service activities focused on exceptional customer service, technician efficiency, and depart profitability. Responsibilities

- Lead all processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build customer relationships & foster growth
- Motivate employees by coaching/training/development
- Plan/initiate all dept functions including attraction, retention, and engagement of employees
- Create effective/productive teams with all depts
- Manage business plan, focus on forward growth in all areas

Requirements

- 5+ years of mgmt experience in ag industry
- Technical background




- Experience leading, developing, motivating others to achieve results
- Knowledge of with John Deere & competitive products
