Short Description –

As a ServiceNow developer & support Admin, the candidate should be capable of developing/ Supporting applications and should have ITSM knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Min of 3-4 years of ServiceNow support and maintenance experience handing major incidents and supporting 24X7 on-call.
- Very good experience handling support and fixing issues in ServiceNow modules like ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset), HRSD, ITOM and Portal.
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
- Apart from English speaking, Supporting customers in French is a must.
- Understand technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
- Create and manage scripts and workflow.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes,



UI Actions, UI policies, and Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
- Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, and HTML changes.
- Experience managing customer calls and incident fix reviews with client stakeholders
- Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills

Skills /Competencies:

- Essential: Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Preferred:

SNOW ITSM, HRSD, Integrations, Service Portal
