ServiceNow Developer – AI & Integration

Location: Winnipeg, MB (Preferred) | Open to across Canada

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in platform development, enterprise integrations, and AI-powered service automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building ServiceNow solutions, implementing Now Assist use cases, and developing Virtual Agent/Service Desk chatbot capabilities to enhance the employee support experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Build and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration technologies.
- Develop and implement Now Assist use cases for ITSM and Service Desk operations.
- Design and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent and chatbot automation to improve self-service and reduce manual effort.
- Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.




- Troubleshoot production issues, support releases, and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and operations teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Qualifications

- 6–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom development.
- Experience implementing Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and chatbot automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ITSM modules and Service Catalog.
- ServiceNow CSA certification required; CAD or other ServiceNow certifications are an asset.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range: CAD 97,000 to 130,000 plus medical / dental and RRSP
