House of Friendship is hiring a ShelterCare Support Worker to join the Housing Services, ShelterCare team in Ontario. The role supports men experiencing homelessness to access in office housing and health supports, working with an interdisciplinary team. The position operates 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm. The successful candidate will engage participants, document care, and contribute to trauma-informed, housing-first practices.
