What we are looking for

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Shipping Co-Ordinator. As a Shipping Co-Ordinator on the production team, you are responsible for ensuring all parts are shipped to the correct location, on time.

Key Responsibilities:

· Arrange transport: determine the nest shipping methods and coordinate with carriers

· Preparation of shipping documents

· Package items: assemble crates, pack goods securely, and attach correct shipping lables and instructions.

· Physically handle the loading and unloading of transport trucks

· Use material handling tools like forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

· Update sales orders once product has been shipped to ensure accuracy of the ERP system

· Co-ordinate customer deliveries with in house driver

Preferred Requirements:

· Intermediate to Advance knowledge of office 365 products

· Speak, read and write English

· Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to multitask in a high paced environment

· Ability to problem solve

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
