As a Shipping/Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in this process by shipping orders complete and on time, meeting our customers expectations.

maxill is looking for energetic and reliable team players to join our Shipping & Warehouse dept.

The Location

This position is in St Thomas, Ontario, Canada.

Hours & Shifts

We are entering a busy season, and are hoping to hire 4 ambitious and motivated shippers to join our team.

These positions are on a contract basis. Shifts will be 8.5 hours long and minimum of 2 per week, per person. We will provide the schedule a week in advance. The possibility of extending the contract beyond 12 weeks is dependent upon our shipping dept needs.

The Position –Shipping and Warehouse

Part time - Flexible positions available.

This position is in person ONLY in St Thomas, Ontario. No remote options.

Scheduling hours RANGE between 6:00 AM- 9:00 PM and Monday-Sunday.

This position may include Saturday and/or Sunday shifts.

This position is working in a team environment and working independently.

This position is physical.

This position requires training on and using a stand up Order Picker forklift. Forklift or similar experience is an asset.





The position includes picking customer orders using a barcode scanner. Items are then checked for accuracy and packed according to size and weight. They are then shipped to customers.

This position includes emptying 40’ shipping containers.

This position includes stacking goods on pallets, wrapping and completing shipping paperwork. Training provided.

Qualifications that you bring to the position;

- Shipping experience is helpful, but not mandatory.
- Fork truck driving experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a FAST-PACED environment, all day.
- Able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays - weekly
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Above average math skills
- Pleasant mannerism and ability to get along with co-workers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent communication skills in English ( written and spoken )
- Safety footwear required
