About the Role

Pristine Cleaning Group Canada is seeking experienced, detail oriented Independent Cleaning Contractors to execute high end short-term rental (Airbnb/Vrbo) turnover cleans and resets across Toronto and the GTA.

We partner with active property managers and hosts who expect hotel standard property resets. Turnover jobs occur primarily during standard check-out/check-in windows (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

This is a flexible subcontractor role. You choose the turnover jobs that fit your existing daily schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete Same-Day Resets: Clean, sanitize, and reset kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms within the 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM turnover window.
- Linen & Towel Staging: Strip beds, make beds to hotel standards with fresh linens, and stage towels neatly.
- Amenity Restocking: Restock host-provided toiletries, paper products, trash liners, and coffee stations.
- 15 Point Digital Photo Quality Control: Take and submit 15 quick verification photos on your smartphone via our digital inspection form prior to leaving the property.
- Damage/Issue Reporting: Immediately flag guest damages, missing items, or excessive mess via WhatsApp before starting the clean.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of qualified residential, commercial, or short-term rental cleaning experience.
- Equipment & Supplies: Must own and bring your own professional cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, eco-friendly cleaning solutions, microfiber cloths).




- Transportation: Must have reliable personal vehicle/transportation to travel between property locations across Toronto/GTA.
- Smartphone & Tech: Must have a working smartphone with data to receive job assignments on WhatsApp and submit online photo Quality Check reports.
- Reliability: 100% punctual with strict attention to detail—missing a 3:00 PM check-in deadline is not an option.
