Site Supervisor Full time | Year-Round | Blackfalds, AB Position Summary This is leadership on the ground - where execution matters. As a Site Supervisor at Eagle Builders, you're responsible for keeping projects moving - coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and ensuring every detail meets our standards. This role is for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and leads with confidence onsite.

What You'll Do - Lead and coordinate daily site operations across multiple projects - Build and maintain project schedules to keep work on track - Manage sub-trades, suppliers, and deliveries - Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec - Communicate regularly with Project Managers and provide updates - Identify and resolve issues before they impact progress - Maintain high standards for quality and workmanship - Keep documentation accurate and submitted on time - Read and interpret drawings and communicate changes to crews - Lead meetings with owners, trades, and internal teams - Be available to support the site - including travel and after-hours coordination when required What We Are Looking For - Strong leader - confident in managing crews, trades, and project flow - Highly organized - keeps schedules, people,
