Black & McDonald seeks a skilled HVAC Technician for its growing Northern Ontario team. Leverage your HVAC expertise to maintain and troubleshoot high-performance systems. As part of the Facility Services Division, you will join a family-run company that values innovation and teamwork.
Your role will involve a combination of routine maintenance, installation, and repair tasks, drawing on over three years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration. Ensure top-notch service delivery to our clients while adhering to safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled predictive maintenance and log results
- Install and upgrade HVAC components efficiently
- Troubleshoot, test and repair system leaks
- Respond to and resolve workplace/comfort issues
- Manage refrigerant recovery and storage safely Requirements:
- Valid 313A refrigeration certificate required
- At least 3 years’ experience in the HVAC field
- G1 Certification and valid ‘G’ Driver's license essential
- Strong understanding of HVAC/R schematics
