In this role, the ideal candidate will have a Red Seal Certification and several years of hands-on experience.

You will engage in various welding techniques and work with heavy metals, ensuring that all projects meet stringent specifications. The role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail in a variety of environments. Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret and follow welding blueprints
- Operate welding and cutting equipment effectively
- Monitor and assess the quality of welds
- Fit and straighten heavy metal components
- Work on custom and marine repair projects Requirements:
- Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate required
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- Fall Arrest Protection Training
- Capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 100 lbs)
