Summary

We are seeking an Software Developer to join our dynamic team at PolicyAdvisor Brokerage (PAB) Inc. As a Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced AI solutions that enhance our digital insurance platform. Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy AI solutions that improve user experience and automate insurance workflows
- Leverage technologies like RAG, semantic search, and speech AI for real-time advisor-client interactions
- Collaborate across teams to integrate features, analyze data, and improve platform performance
- Ensure code quality, cloud scalability, cybersecurity, and data privacy compliance
- Stay up to date with the latest in AI/ML, and contribute to documentation, testing, and system optimization
- Design and develop AI models and algorithms to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our existing systems.
- Analyze large datasets to derive insights and inform decision-making processes.
- Ensure scalability and performance of AI applications within the cloud environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to AI and machine learning.
- Assist in the development, testing,



and deployment of new features for our insurance platform.
- Support data analysis, system integration, and automation tasks to improve business processes.
- Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and product feedback sessions.
- Document technical processes and contribute to the improvement of internal systems.
- Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protocols and ensuring data privacy compliance.
- designing, coding, and evaluating software applications to meet user and business requirements

- collaborating with designers, PMs (project managers), and other developers to build and improve applications

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Software Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects
- Proficiency in JavaScript and hands-on experience with frameworks/libraries such as React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Experience working with big data technologies and frameworks like Apache Spark
- Familiarity with cloud platforms—especially AWS—for deploying and managing AI solutions
- Solid understanding of database design principles and best practices in data management
