Essential Responsibilities
- Shortage escalations + searches for shortage parts via authorized distributors and/or brokers (for mass productions, NPIs, transfer projects)
- RFQs preparations, follow-ups & analysis (for mass productions, LTBs, NPIs, Transfer projects)
- Purchase Price variance(PPV) analysis and feedback to internal stakeholder and external suppliers
- ECOs(Engineer design change ) related sourcing support
- Last Time Buy (LTB) workflow initiations and tracking with cross functional teams
- Work effectively with Technology, supplier quality, site materials and supply chain personnel on day-to-day problem resolutions and continuous improvement opportunities
- Manage the complete purchasing and contract administration functions
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree (Engineering or Business preferred).
- Minimum 2~5 years Sourcing / Purchasing experience
- Proven problem solving skills
- Strong oral/written communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge/expertise of electronic components and mechanical assemblies
- Project management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Solid computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Windows)
